AWARDS & RECOGNITION

  The WxLA Scholarship Program is an initiative designed to support and empower women in the landscape architecture industry. This program not only recognizes outstanding individuals but also fully covers conference registration, travel expenses and accommodations.   

  The Mike Oliver Educational Scholarship Award was established in memory of Mike Oliver, FASLA PLA (1944 -2015). Each year ASLA FL awards a young professional currently pursuing their licensure in the state of Florida and covers the cost of LARE reviews.

 The Anova Furnishings 2022 National L.A.R.E Grant Competition is designed to help selected individuals achieve their goals of becoming licensed landscape architects.  Rutusha was one among the national winners who was nominated by Nicole Plunkett.

ASLA Award of Honor for Sacred Waters - Masters Capstone project focusing on paradigms of rainwater harvesting solutions for the city of Bengaluru, India. 

ASLA Award of Honor for Coastal Eco Water. Multidisciplinary team addressed design solutions towards raising sea level concerns for FIU's Biscayne Bay Campus.
